We hope you are able to take advantage of a cycling class while you’re staying with us. Because of the location of the studio in proximity to your unit, you should expect light vibrations and noise during class hours from the cycle studio, which operates from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekends.
These units are on the second story of the building, and stairs are a must here.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.
- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
