The units here are all 2 bedroom/2 bath units with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The 3-story complex boasts 44 individual units and was built in 1969. Located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach, this complex resides on the shores of the Atlantic and across from the Indian River Lagoon.
