This modern cottage sits in the heart of North Lake Tahoe, giving you easy access to endless adventures. It’s only a short walk to some of the best beaches in North Lake Tahoe, so you can skip the beach traffic and spend your days soaking up the sun. Looking for something more active, just behind the house, you will find the North Tahoe Regional Park, where you can hike, bike, and even get in a round of disc golf. In the winter, the Regional Park offers sledding hills and cross country ski trails as well.
This two-bedroom, one-bath home sits on a flat lot with easy access in the winter. As you pull up you are welcomed by a large sunny deck that is perfect for hanging out. Right off the deck is a private hot tub where you can spend your evenings relaxing and taking in the evening sky.
Inside this newly remodeled home, you will find a small but modern kitchen that overlooks the cozy living room with a flat-screen tv. This space has a vaulted ceiling with skylight windows creating a bright and peaceful environment for your mountain getaway. Down the hall, you will find two sunny and charming bedrooms, both with queen beds. Both bedrooms share an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Not only is this home within walking distance to adventure, but you are only a short drive away from restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Looking to travel in the winter, you are less than 20 miles to some of the best skiing in Northern California. This home has everything you need to create the perfect Tahoe Getaway and unforgettable memories.

Just west of Kings Beach and running right along the lake, Tahoe Vista is a favorite of outdoor enthusiasts. For lake lovers, kayaking from one of several hidden beaches, or a motorized excursion from the new Tahoe Vista Recreation Area boat launch facility are two Tahoe Vista treats. For landlubbers, the nearby regional park sports year-round trailhead for mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing, a disc golf course, nature trails, and sweet swing sets.
In the winter, you are less than fifteen minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing, and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world-class terrain parks, cross country skiing, a youth Adventure Park and a 9000 square foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink sidebar.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. For Winter Safety Reasons: The back slider doors to deck are non-operable and locked during winter months due to roof snow shed. You can walk out front door and around deck to get to hot tub.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
