The spacious kitchen and dining area are designed for group gatherings and include brand-new countertops, modern appliances, and a six-burner gas range. Adjacent to the kitchen are two inviting main-level living rooms, each featuring a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating.
All four bedrooms are located downstairs, offering a quiet and functional layout. Three bedrooms feature lake views, including the impressive primary suite with a gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lake Tahoe. Also downstairs is a spacious game room with a pool table, foosball, a large flat-screen TV, and one sleeper sofa, making it a perfect hangout for kids and teens. A second sleeper sofa is located in the main-level living room, providing additional sleeping flexibility.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located at the northern tip of Lake Tahoe, just west of the Nevada State border, is Kings Beach. Known for its outstanding public beach, kick back attitude, and easy access to mountain resorts, Kings Beach is a spot travelers return to year after year. The North Tahoe Event Center often plays host to festivals, concerts, and community events, and downtown Kings Beach boasts shopping and dining options open year round.
Kings Beach State Recreation Area is the flagship beach site in the North Tahoe area. With a lake front stretch of 1,700 feet, it is the largest public access sandy beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Its south facing aspect and a lake floor that gradually deepens makes this one of the warmest swimming areas on the Lake. A beautiful playground area overlooks the water and barbecue and picnic areas are available. The beach is adjacent to shops, restaurants and the North Tahoe Event Center.
In the winter, you are just ten minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world class terrain parks, cross country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000 square foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink side bar.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Walk in closet in Primary Bedroom is not available to guests.
4. While this home is no longer pet-friendly, the owners do have dogs, so those with allergies/sensitivity should take notice.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
6. The property is located in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. Noisy or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated by neighbors or Tahoe Getaways.
