Located in the coveted North Shore community of Dollar Point, on a sunny street close to the shore of Lake Tahoe, is this charming three bedroom home ready to be your Base Camp during an unforgettable stay in the Sierras!
During the summer, we have a feeling you’ll be spending much of your time relaxing on the large, sunny deck, cooking dinner on the Weber grill and dining outdoors, or soaking in the hot tub under the stars.
This vacation home has an indoor space that is welcoming and comfortable for groups of all sizes. Floor to ceiling windows allow light to fill the main living area, and ample seating centers around a brand new flat screen television and real wood fireplace. You’ll find two guest bedrooms on this floor as well as a full bath. Upstairs, the Primary suite sits on its own private floor, with a queen bed and ensuite bath.

Please note: Due to high demand, most Tahoe lake house rentals in Dollar Point require a 7-night minimum stay with a Saturday arrival and departure.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles (one covered parking space). The garage is not available for guest use. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
