Located in the coveted North Shore community of Dollar Point, on a sunny street close to the shore of Lake Tahoe, is this charming three bedroom home ready to be your Base Camp during an unforgettable stay in the Sierras! During the summer, we have a feeling you’ll be spending much of your time relaxing on the large, sunny deck, cooking dinner on the Weber grill and dining outdoors, or soaking in the hot tub under the stars. This vacation home has an indoor space that is welcoming and comfortable for groups of all sizes. Floor to ceiling windows allow light to fill the main living area, and ample seating centers around a brand new flat screen television and real wood fireplace. You’ll find two guest bedrooms on this floor as well as a full bath.
