This two-bedroom apartment includes a dedicated parking space in the building’s underground garage (suitable for small cars; large vehicles cannot enter).
Access
Tenants have access to the entire accommodation. Only one cupboard in the loggia will be closed for the owner’s personal items.

For the key handover, please contact us at least 1 day before your arrival through the platform you booked on to arrange the key handover.
We remain available by text or phone if needed and can come on-site to quickly resolve any issues.
The check-out is at 10 am.
Neighbourhood
This one-bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful Montfleury district of Cannes, offering the comfort of a quiet residential setting while remaining just steps from all amenities.
You’ll be staying in a central area with everything close by. A supermarket is located on the same street, and within 150–200 m you’ll find a bakery, a wine shop, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, and children’s play areas. The Croisette beaches and the main shopping street are 400–500 m from the residence.
This location allows you to walk to the Palais des Festivals, attend meetings on the Croisette, and enjoy the seaside and beaches.
Transit
Cannes SNCF train station: about 10 minutes on foot, with regional and national connections (TER, TGV).
City Palm shuttle: free to get around the city center, serving La Croisette, Rue d’Antibes, and the train station, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:15 PM, every 10–15 minutes.
Palm Bus network: 30 regular lines in Cannes and nearby areas, including evening and on-demand services.
Access to Nice and the airport:
- Direct bus line 210 Express to Nice Airport, stop close to the apartment.
- Cannes train station also allows you to reach Nice-Ville in 30–40 minutes, with connections to the airport.
– Taxis and ride-sharing services are available for quick transfers (around 30 minutes, depending on traffic). Contact us to arrange a pick-up with our trusted driver!
Notes
The apartment provides household linen upon arrival: 1 set of bed sheets per bed (depending on number of guests in reservation), a shower towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel for the bathroom, dish soap with a sponge, a kitchen towel, and a roll of toilet paper.
Note: One set of bed linen is provided per bed. If you have booked for 2 people and do not wish to sleep in the same bed, please inform us at least one day before arrival so that the cleaning company can prepare an extra set.
There is an end-of stay cleaning included in the reservation. However, we ask that guests please take out the trash and wash dishes before handing over the keys.
If you would like bed linen changed and/or additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to receive a quote for these optional services.
Beach towels are not included.
The apartment does not provide soap or coffee.
Attention: the door can slam and does not have an exterior handle. If you get locked out, locksmith fees will be your responsibility.
Parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and quiet hours.
