The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has ample counter space, stainless-steel appliances and gas range to cook an amazing island meal. Additionally, there is a large walk-in pantry behind the sliding barn door to ensure you have room to store your all grocery necessities. Share homemade meals at the formal dining area or outdoor table under the covered patio that will stay cool with plenty of ceiling fans. Practice making island-inspired mixed drinks at the large outdoor bar! The primary bedroom boasts a luxury feel with direct access to the second-floor balcony and a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a stand-alone soaking tub.
