Sliding doors that lead out onto a spacious balcony overlooking the estate and pool, with ocean and mountain views. Refurbished and modern kitchen and bathroom. Laminated wooden floors throughout.
The Main bedroom has large windows looking onto balcony with good light and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a single bed and ceiling fan.
The Lounge has large flat screen TV, unlimited high-speed wifi, air conditioner and modern finishes.
Complex has swimming pool, tennis court, squash court and laundry facilities with 24 hr gate access. Shade net covered parking. Restaurants shopping malls & golf course nearby.
