Conveniently, this soundside home is actually closer than many oceanside homes in Southern Shores! The closest beach access is just 0.2 miles (a 4-minute walk) away! Peace and relaxation begin outdoors. Swim a few laps in your 16’x32’ private pool and then wind down the bubbly hot tub. Nearby, you’ll find a separate kiddie pool for the little ones in the family! When you’re done splashing in the pool, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Inside, you’ll love the game room which has plenty of comfy seating around the flat-screen TV along with an air hockey table to get a little family-friendly competition rolling! On the ground level, you will also find a Queen master bedroom with a full bath, as well as a half bathroom off of the game room. The main entry with a covered porch and foyer is on the second level.
