With 3 expansive bedrooms, modern appliances, and views of the Currituck Sound, your family will have no problem settling into the ultimate relaxation. Located in the Nantucket Village community, enjoy shared amenities like an Indoor Heated Pool, Tennis Courts, a Sound Beach and Dock with a Gazebo, and a Boat Launch. When you’re ready to hit the beach, walk across to the 13th Avenue beach access less than 0.5 miles away!
The Ground-Level Garage offers plenty of space for storing all your beach supplies. Plus, the home comes with an assortment of fishing, crabbing, and other toys and gear to make the most of your vacation! The garage area also features an extra refrigerator, TV, and 10-in-1 Game Table. A charcoal grill makes it easy to whip up some burgers for a summer cookout.
Upstairs, you’ll find the Main Entry just off a small deck. You’ll instantly feel welcome as you step into the spacious Living Area with bright, natural lighting, coastal décor, beautiful bamboo flooring, and oversized furniture situated around a decorative fireplace and Flat-Screen TV. A gourmet Kitchen with modern appliances and a large sink comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals in your own home on those nights you don’t feel like venturing out. An adjoining Dining Area features a nice table so your whole family can enjoy meals together.
When it’s time to retire for the night, you’ll rest easy in one of the three Bedrooms in this lovely condo. The first is a Master Suite with Queen Bed, Roku TV for entertainment, and an attached Full Bath with a luxurious jetted tub. A second full bath is shared by another Queen Bedroom w/ Roku TV and the third bedroom with a Bunk Bed and a Roku TV. In the evening, step out on the Furnished Sun Deck or Screened-In Porch with a TV to relax and enjoy the fresh, coastal breeze with a gorgeous sunset in the distance.
