Swim a few laps in your 14’x32’ private pool (w/ heat available for a $300 pool heat fee) and then relax in the gazebo covered hot tub. No need to go inside to rinse off or use the restroom—there is an outdoor bath area accessible from the pool deck. If you love a competition, set up a game of volleyball or horseshoes in the backyard. Inside, you’ll love the game room which has its own flat-screen TV and bar area along with a pool table so you can keep the friendly competition rolling! A Queen bedroom and second Bedroom with 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with separate vanity area. The Laundry room completes the ground-level. The main entry with a covered porch and foyer is on the second level. Get a good night’s rest in one of four master bedrooms each featuring a King Bed, TV, and attached full bathroom. For a day of shopping, head North a few miles to the Waterfront Shops in Duck where you can browse local boutiques and stroll along the Currituck Sound. Have a golf lover in your group? Sea Scape Golf Links is right down the road and is the perfect place to spend the afternoon. For an educational experience that is fun for the whole family, head South to Kill Devil Hills and stop by the Wright Brothers National Memorial where you’ll learn about North Carolina’s history of aviation.
