We will do our best to ensure that your entire stay with us will be comfortable and enjoyable. Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Please note that a fully refundable security deposit in the amount of 600 USD will be collected before checkin, which will be refunded after checkout.
