This incredible 4-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom cottage on the sound side in Nags Head is everything you need for the perfect Outer Banks vacation and more. Located in Old Nags Head Cove and just 0.7 Miles/3 Minute drive from the Enterprise Street Public Beach Access, Island Life Cottage offers spectacular views of both the sound and the ocean from your very own Top-Level Sun Deck. Some of the Outer Banks’ most prized attractions are also less than 10 minutes away, making this a great place to enjoy the natural beauty of the Banks while still getting that vacation feel.
When you enter in through the Ground Floor of this centrally-located vacation home, you’ll find a spacious Queen Bed with a massive Flat Screen TV and cozy couch perfect for watching your favorite movies or relaxing with some ambient music in the background. A nearby Kitchenette with a Full-Size Refrigerator and small Dining Space makes this a great place to just get away when you need some privacy during your stay. Just outside, you find a beautiful fenced-in backyard with an Enclosed Outdoor Shower that’s fantastic for rinsing off after you’ve gotten sand in your toes at the beach. Pass by the Bathroom with Walk-In Shower on your way upstairs.
On the Middle Level, you’ll be immediately swept away by the gorgeous open floor plan of the Living Area that allows lots of natural light from the many windows that are situated perfectly to allow in plenty of sun. Enjoy family movie night on one of the comfortable couches and whip up some fresh, local seafood in the nearby Kitchen with modern appliances, both a coffee maker and a Keurig, and a cute Breakfast Bar with seating for 7, which is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of orange juice or cool drinks in the evening. The nearby Dining Area has plenty of natural light and seating for 6. Step out onto the Mid-Level Covered Deck through the Main Entry where you can enjoy al fresco dining at the picnic table or relax in the shade while you read a book or simply unwind in the multiple Adirondack chairs or the comfortable Hammock. Down the hall you’ll find a Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom as well as 2 additional Bedrooms that share a Full Hallway Bathroom so there’s more than enough space for everyone to get extra cozy while still enjoying their personal space.
Follow the nearby stairs up to the Loft where you’ll find additional relaxation space and a Flat Screen TV as well as a Sun Deck that offers gorgeous views of the sound and the ocean and is the perfect place to take in those ocean breezes. And when you’re ready to enjoy some extra fun, enjoy access to the nearby community pool* and both Dowdy Park and Jennette’s Pier, which are both about 3 miles away!
