The indoor dining table seats 8 comfortably, with room for 4 more at the expansive kitchen island. Just outside, the covered lanai offers a BBQ, an outdoor living area, and a dining table for 6—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco, sipping cool drinks, or watching the sunset at the end of the day. With plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the home includes a cozy downstairs TV room, perfect for kids’ movie nights or a quiet escape. Step outside to the downstairs lanai and pool area, where the fun begins and ends each day. Start your morning with a refreshing swim, unwind after a day of snorkeling, paddle boarding, or hiking, or celebrate a win on the golf course or tennis court. County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely. The Kohala coast is a golfer’s paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. Minutes down the street are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
