This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit’s floor. Once you enter the unit you’ll pass the laundry room located on the right of the entranceway. The primary bedroom, which includes an attached full bathroom and private balcony, is located to the left. Outside the door of the primary bedroom is the living room which is followed immediately by the kitchen and dining area. To the left of the kitchen is a second balcony. Across from the balcony is the second bedroom and full bathroom.
You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans’ galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. -Take an Uber/Lyft ride to French Quarters/Bourbon Street and arrive within 10 minutes.
-Walk or Bike to French Quarter by the beautiful and scenic Crescent Park. It is located just 3 blocks from our condo. The Crescent Park is a 1.4 mile riverfront park that connects the Bywater/Marigny District to the French Quarter. It is a must-see and great for pictures!
-Bike rentals are plenty in the area. There is also a bike rental right outside the condo. Bywater neighborhood is a safe and walkable neighborhood and you will see a lot of locals riding on their bikes or taking a stroll from the local grocery store, restaurants and art shops.
-We are located about 25 minutes from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport
