Each of the 3 bedrooms feature incredible ocean views, sliders to the balcony, and en suite bathrooms, providing ample privacy for the whole family. The main living level of this oceanfront residence features a renovated island kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances overlooking wide-open dining and living areas, as well as THREE OCEANFRONT BEDROOM SUITES!
Vaulted ceilings and windows galore create a bright, airy feel throughout the home. The top-floor offers a versatile loft space with charming views between the other two oceanfront suites. The first level entertainment room provides easy access to the beach - you’ll be in the surf in seconds! The owners also provided blow up mattresses for this area for extra family and friends! On the ground level, there’s a huge "mud room" providing lots of storage space for your beach chairs and surfboards. Rinse off after a day in the sand in the oversized outdoor shower.
When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.
The home also comes equipped with a 220-volt outlet for EV/Tesla charging capability
