When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Outside, take in the fresh air from our outdoor patio with seating and a grill! When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, dresser, and en suite bathroom. (2) The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom. (3) The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom. Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Located right by the college campus! Public transit, bike trail access, and ride-sharing services are available. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
