To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment, please adhere to the following house rules:
1. Absolutely no parties or unapproved gatherings at any time. Violators may face a $3000 penalty as per our terms.
2. Loud music cannot be played at any time to maintain good relations with neighbours. Fines may apply for disturbances.
3, If something breaks, let us know immediately so we can fix or replace it for future guests.
4. No "schoolies" bookings accepted. Please respect this policy.
5. Bookings from groups under the age of 28 are not permitted
6. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property
7. Pets are not allowed
8. Please adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. Contact us for any special requests.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 8.
