Strathmore House is an impressive large multi-level 6 bedroom villa offers the discerning guest panoramic sea views, a good location as well as luxury and privacy.
Strathmore House consists of a main house and a flatlet which are accessed by a large flight of stairs from the street entrance.
The two bedroom flatlet consists of a cosy living area, fully equipped kitchenette and a shared bathroom.
The spacious main villa is split over two levels. Located on the lower level are the remaining four bedrooms, three of which are sea facing and all lead out on a shared wooden deck with a jacuzzi. The fourth bedroom leads out onto a courtyard area.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
