This charming retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sits on over a quarter acre of beautifully landscaped property. Enjoy serene, wide canal views and take a leisurely 5-minute walk to the beach! Step inside to a bright, airy interior with new tile flooring, soaring ceilings, and a wall of sliding glass doors that fill the living area with natural light. These open up to your private pool and screened lanai—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Just beyond, your boat awaits in a covered boathouse right on the canal. The home also includes a paved circular driveway and a detached garage with covered access to the house. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for the family chef to create memorable meals.
Accommodations include a king-size master suite, a second guest room with a king bed, and a third bedroom featuring two twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover’s Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for, check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse, which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
