There is an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one bathroom on the property which is equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet, and sink located at the back of the kitchen. PARKING: The property benefits from having a small free parking space directly outside the house however this can sometimes be taken. The house also benefits from a Car Park directly outside which is only £3 per day Monday - Saturday should you need to park more than one car. (PLEASE NOTE: we will not take any responsibility for guests that get tickets because of not displaying these permits correctly). When going from the property into Nantwich, it’s always best to go in on foot as you are already in the centre. Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions. Just park up, leave your car there, and stroll into the beautiful town of Nantwich. Nantwich also has a great taxi service if you’re looking to go further afield. HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING *No Parties or Events Allowed This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your OTA deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via OTA to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Stays over 10 nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee of £100. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. *Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. *Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour *Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either: A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
