DINING AREAS: The dining table is located in the open plan kitchen and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. It can easily seat 6 guests and has doors which open out to your private patio space. KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away for a long or short stay in Liverpool. There is a electric hob, single oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There are 2 spacious bathrooms in the property, both located on the first floor. The family bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk in shower. The second bathroom is an ensuite to Bedroom 1 and features a toilet, sink and bath with overhead shower. All Property Manager Short lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay. So if you’re a key worker, contractor or business traveller, we have the perfect environment for your stay with us. We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. When going from the property into Liverpool, it’s always best to go in on foot as you are already close to the centre. Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions. Just park up, leave your car there, and stroll into the amazing city of Liverpool. Liverpool also has a great taxi service if you’re looking to go further afield. HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING *No Parties or Events Allowed This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your OTA deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via OTA to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Travel Cots & High Chairs Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival. *Stays over 7 nights require additional housekeeping for an £125 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced accordingly. *Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. *Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour *Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require: A refundable security deposit of £250 per stay , OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay).
