DINING AREAS: The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The large kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Crewe. There is a gas hob, single oven, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one bathroom in the property which is equipped with a bath, overhead shower, toilet & sink. PARKING: Free on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All Property Manager Short lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay. When getting from the property to Crewe Centre, as with any town, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can sometimes be a struggle. Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions. There is also a great taxi service depending on where you’d like to go in Crewe or if you’d like to go further afield. HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING *No Parties or Events Allowed This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your OTA deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via OTA to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Travel Cots & High Chairs Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival. *Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £97 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. *Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. *Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour *Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either: A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
