The Vistula also provides a unique view of Wawel Castle, which proudly stands on the hill, and it’s just under a 25-minute walk from the apartment. This is one of the most important historical sites in Poland and the cultural heart of Krakow. Furthermore, the Vistula in Krakow is a hub of recreational activity. In the summer season, you can encounter kayakers and other water enthusiasts enjoying the river. Strolls along the riverbank and tourist boat cruises are also popular, offering a different perspective of Krakow’s panorama. We’re less than 2 kilometers away from the Old Town, where you can enjoy many tourist attractions and excellent restaurants offering cuisine from around the world. Places worth visiting include: the Cloth Hall, St. Mary’s Basilica, the Barbican, and the Princes Czartoryski Museum. Near the apartment, you’ll find many tourist spots like the Old Synagogue, the Galicia Jewish Museum, the Museum of Engineering and Technology, and the Ethnographic Museum. In the immediate vicinity, there are various shops (Żabka, Babinka, Odido, Carrefour Express), cafes (Costa Coffee, Nakielny, MAK Bread&Coffee, Lajkonik, Na Ciacho), restaurants (Andromeda Alfa, Pizza Hut, Olimp, KFC, Phong Hai, Jeff’s, Ester, Ristorantino, and many more), as well as service points.
