**Space**
Our 123 m² apartment, located on Rue Fortia on the 2nd floor without elevator in a historic building, has been completely renovated by an interior designer and offers very beautiful features just a few meters from the Old Port of Marseille. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a very large living area with a magnificent lounge area. The apartment is air-conditioned. The sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and a vanity unit. Paid parking is located less than 2 minutes’ walk away (Indigo Marseille Charles de Gaulle). Ideally located, near the metro and the Old Port, you can easily explore Marseille and reach the Palais du Pharo and Catalans Beach.
To offer you the best welcome, we provide bed linens throughout your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will neither be blocked nor debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

Upon your arrival, our concierge will specially come to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 PM.
For any reservation of 30 days or more, the signing of a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.
**Neighborhood**
Located in the heart of Marseille’s city center on the Old Port (1 min), the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transportation (bus, metro, and tram in the immediate vicinity). Set off to discover this dynamic, lively, and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini Museum), discover markets with Mediterranean colors and beautiful beaches. Place aux Huiles and its many bars and restaurants are 2 minutes’ walk away. Cours Julien, which offers dynamic nightlife and cultural life, is 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. You will find near our accommodation many restaurants and bars to share good times and many shops for your purchases or groceries.
