**Space**
Our 60 m² accommodation is located on Boulevard d’Athènes on the secure ground floor of a newly renovated old building. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, ideal for working or relaxing. Less than 2 minutes’ walk from Marseille Saint-Charles TGV station, tram and metro, and 10 minutes’ walk from the Old Port. Fully renovated in 2024 by an interior architect, it includes an equipped kitchen open to a living room with a sofa bed and dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds and storage. Two bathrooms with shower, sink, and two toilets. Ideal location close to public transport, Saint-Charles station, and the Longchamp district. Restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby.
To provide you with the best welcome, we supply bed linens throughout your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.
** Sheets and towels not included for the sofa bed **
The rate paid includes only the use of the beds. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional charge of €7.50 per night for the provision of sheets and towels; this amount must be paid after your reservation.
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will neither be blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit.
The apartment is equipped with a steamer to iron your clothes.

Upon arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time selected in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrivals will be possible after 11:00 PM.
For any reservation of 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility conditions.
**Neighborhood**
Located near Saint-Charles Station and Palais Longchamp, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro, and tram in the immediate vicinity). Explore this dynamic, lively, and sunny city. The Old Port is less than 15 minutes away by tram. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini Museum), discover markets with Mediterranean colors, and beautiful beaches. Boulevard Longchamp, which offers dynamic nightlife and cultural activities, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You will find many restaurants and bars near our accommodation to share good times, as well as numerous shops for your purchases or groceries.
