**Space**
Our 68 m² accommodation, located on Rue des Trois Mages on the 1st floor without elevator, is ideal for discovering Marseille. In absolute calm, it is 15 minutes’ walk from the Old Port and close to Cours Julien, one of the coolest neighborhoods according to the New York Times. The apartment includes an equipped kitchen open to a living room with a large table and lounge. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. The shower room has a shower, sink, and toilet. Restaurants and shops nearby. Paid parking 5 minutes’ walk away.
To provide you with the best welcome, we supply bed linens throughout your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will neither be blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit.

Explore this dynamic, lively, and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini Museum, Palais du Pharo), discover markets with Mediterranean colors, and beautiful beaches. You will find many restaurants and bars near our accommodation on Cours Julien (2 minutes’ walk away) to share good times, as well as numerous shops for your purchases or groceries.
