Our 50 m² apartment, located on Avenue du Trois Septembre, on the 3rd floor with elevator, offers a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea. With its south-facing exposure, it benefits from exceptional natural light with its large bay windows. Air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, stovetop, oven), the living room offers a majestic view. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and storage. The bathroom has a bathtub, vanity unit, and toilet. Washing machine. Direct access to Monaco on foot or by bus from the apartment.
To provide you with the best welcome, we supply bed linens throughout your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will neither be blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit.

For any reservation of 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility conditions.
