**Space** Our duplex apartment with an area of 76 m² is located on Rue Commandant Mages in the Longchamp district on the 3rd floor with elevator in a recent building. The accommodation has been completely renovated with very beautiful features: high ceilings, parquet flooring, custom woodwork, terrace. The tram is 2 minutes’ walk away and the Old Port of Marseille is 15 minutes’ walk away. The accommodation consists at the entrance of a beautiful living room with a lovely lounge benefiting from excellent natural light thanks to the bay window. A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Laundry area for linen care. The sleeping area, accessible by stairs, includes 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. A bathroom with shower and vanity unit. Separate toilet. The living room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Fan in the 2nd bedroom. To provide you with the best welcome, we supply bed linens throughout your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge. To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will neither be blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit. **Notes** Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM Check-out: Before 10:00 AM Upon arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time selected in our Application. Arrival between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrivals will be possible after 11:00 PM.
