Enjoy a dream stay in this sumptuous 200 m² villa with private pool and solarium offering exceptional views of the sea and the Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica. Located in the prestigious 7th arrondissement of Marseille, 500 meters from the basilica and 1.3 km from Prophètes Beach, this villa is ideal for an unforgettable vacation. Nestled in a quiet and secure neighborhood, it features a pool (10x3.5) and private parking. The house, fully equipped with quality furniture, griddle, washing machine, dryer, and reversible air conditioning, offers all modern comforts. On the 1st floor, the sleeping area includes 4 large bedrooms (1 King-size bed, 2 Queen-size beds, and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, bathtub, sink, and integrated toilet. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes or closets. Parking available for 2 normal-sized cars or 3 small city cars. Local shops, including caterers, cheese shops, butchers, produce markets, wine cellars, pharmacies, and grocery stores, are within walking distance.
To provide you with the best welcome, we supply bed linens throughout your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will neither be blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit.
