VillAgioi Villas is a unique collection of three contemporary villas, each with a private pool, located just 450 meters from the golden sands of Agioi Apostoloi beach. Perfect for large families, groups of friends, or special gatherings, this elegant complex offers the ideal blend of privacy and togetherness, with three separate villas allowing each group their own space, while outdoor areas and pools invite everyone to relax and enjoy time together. Indoor Facilities Each of the three villas is spread over two floors, offering bright and modern living spaces. On the ground floor, the open-plan living rooms feature comfortable sofas, large Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, and sliding glass doors that open directly to private pool terraces. The fully equipped kitchens include modern appliances and breakfast bars, making them ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. Each villa offers two stylish bedrooms with Coco-Mat mattresses and en-suite bathrooms. The ground-floor bedrooms feature king-size beds with direct access to the pool, while the upstairs bedrooms vary — in some villas with king-size beds (convertible to twins upon request), and in others with twin beds that can be configured into a king. Additional flexible rooms with sofa beds are also available in each villa for extra guests upon prior request at an extra cost. The bright living areas open directly to the private pool terraces and include cosy seating, Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, and fully equipped modern kitchens with breakfast bars. Outdoor Facilities Designed for outdoor living, each villa includes its own 25 sqm private swimming pool, a poolside shower, sun loungers, and comfortable seating areas. Shaded pergolas shelter the outdoor dining tables and electric BBQ stations, perfect for relaxed al fresco meals with family and friends. Whether swimming, sunbathing, or gathering around the table, the outdoor spaces invite you to make the most of Crete’s warm climate. The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, subject to availability. With a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 private pools, VillAgioi Villas can accommodate up to 12 guests (or 15 with optional sofa beds), offering an ideal setting for families and friends seeking a memorable beachside escape in Crete. A small connecting gate between the pool terraces of the first two villas (VillAgioi Villa I & VillAgioi Villa II) allows guests to enjoy easy access between the two properties. VillAgioi Villas are part of a group of five villas owned and managed by the same host. There are two neighbouring complexes located on the same property: VillAgioi Villas Complex consists of three villas, each with 2 bedrooms & VillaSaints Complex includes two villas, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms. Feel free to choose any villa based on the size and needs of your group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay. 6/7-day cleaning service The rates include housekeeping every day except Sundays & public holidays. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8€ per night/villa from April to October and 2€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival. Please be advised that there is currently some construction activity on a neighboring property.
