Hill House is a bright and spacious home boasting three en suite bedrooms, each on a separate floor, and two half baths in the main living areas. The love the owners have for Hill House is clear with attention to detail and character infused throughout. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight with its layout, amenities, and appliances. Gathering at the farmhouse table for meals and conversation is a delight from morning coffee to evening dinners. The multiple sliding glass doors and wrap around deck create a seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining space that begs you to spend your time enjoying fresh Vermont air with awesome seating, a large cement fire pit, outdoor dining table, and a barbecue grill.
Inside, a handsome floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace provides rich ambience and anchors the living room with its comfortable, high-end furnishings and layers of detail. The laundry area is conveniently located in the adjacent mudroom as you enter the home. A beautiful primary suite on the main level ensures an incredible respite after a day of fun. A second massive suite commands the entirety of the upper level of the home making this a great property for multiple families traveling together. A third en suite is found on the lower level of the home and is perfect for a small family with a queen bed and three twin bunk beds. The lower level also boasts a fantastic den with a large TV, roomy sectional for movie nights, and a wet bar! This space flows right into the recreation area complete with a game table and shuffleboard. Outside, a hot tub is conveniently tucked under the deck for use any time of year.
