This charming, well-appointed townhome is conveniently located directly between The Lodge at Spruce Peak (the former Stowe Mountain Resort) and Stowe Village, in the coveted Stonybrook Community. Situated along the Stowe Recreation Path, this area of Stowe is known for its many premium restaurants, coffee, and après options. The three bedroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 with a king bed in the primary bedroom, queen beds in the other two bedrooms, along with bunks and a trundle. Inside you will find a renovated kitchen with an open dining area that is perfect for entertaining. The light-filled living room boasts vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace, the perfect place to unwind after a full day in Stowe. The primary bath includes heated floors and a large tiled shower with dual shower heads. In addition to the amazing setting, this unit also offers plenty of space for all your gear, including a one-car garage large enough for an SUV. A true four-season Basecamp in the center of Stowe!

Stonybrook has breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak. The Stonybrook Condominium complex is stocked with additional amenities including: six tennis courts, two heated pools (outdoor summer use only), and direct access to cross-country and mountain bike trails. The property is adjacent to the Stowe Rec Path, the Mountain Road, and centrally located for trips to Trapp Family Lodge and the Village. A perfect spot in Stowe! During the winter months, Stonybrook offers shovel and plow services to keep everything accessible for guests. All included, a full-service Vermont experience!

We have found that our townhouse appeals to all ages, especially couples traveling together with or without children. We offer a Pack and Play, child safety gates, changing pad, lots of games, sleds, and snowshoes for fun in the snow. Stowe is an amazing four-season destination for those looking to spend more time in nature, unwind from the city, and reunite with friends while experiencing shopping, culinary, and beverage excellence. Dry wood is provided for the fireplace, as well as a fully outfitted kitchen along with high-speed internet and cable to make your time inside comfortable and relaxing.
