WRP2350 - This true ski-in, ski-out exquisite Timber’s residence is nestled in the Canyon’s Estates. Uniquely situated, it offers you a tranquil setting, immediate access to outdoor adventure and close proximity to historic downtown Park City. The privacy offered by this ski lodge, coupled with ideal access to all of Park City, makes it a perfect choice for your next trip to Utah.
The home offers 6,700 square feet of luxurious living space that incorporates six bedrooms, six and a half baths, a gourmet kitchen, a formal dining area, and a formal living room. Radiant heated floors are located throughout the whole house. The uniquely designed home, with four en-suite bedrooms, a bunk en-suite bedroom, an additional room with two twins and a loft with a Queen sofa sleeper, is ideal for multi-family stays. It sleeps 16. (Nine Beds including the sofa sleeper).
The main level includes the entrance, a King suite, a bedroom with two twins and the gourmet kitchen. The dining room, living room, mud room and patio with a gas BBQ are also located on this level. The upper level includes two King Suites and a loft.
The lower level includes a game room that encompasses a separate bar, a pool table, and a ping pong table. The 4th King suite and the Full over Full Bunk Suite are also located on this level. The theater room is also located on the lower level.

AC: Main Floor and Top Level Bedrooms have AC mini splits. No A/C on lower level
Wi-Fi: Free High Speed Wireless Internet: A second redundant high speed internet system, (StarLink) was recently added so there are now two high speed separate internet systems for the ultimate in reliability.
COFFEE: There is a Mr. Coffee/drip style and a Keurig machine
HOT TUB: Private Hot Tub on the lower level patio
SKI STORAGE: There is a ski room on the main floor to store skis and boots
CHILDREN: Pack-N-Play is available for guests’ use
SMOKING: No smoking is allowed at this property.
PETS: No pets are allowed at this property.
PARKING: Room for 2 cars in the garage, plus 2 to 3 more on the heated driveway
SKI ACCESS: To ski-out simply walk out the back door and onto the ski access trail. Follow this trail down to the Sunrise lift, the village and the gondola. On the way back home, simply ski half way down the Retreat trail and take a right on the ski-access trail that leads right back to the house.
TRANSPORTATION: The free on-demand CVMA shuttle is available to you from 7 AM to 10 PM during the winter, at no charge. It will take you anywhere in the Canyons Village. Simply download the ‘Canyons Village Connect” app. Create an account, and then you can request complimentary rides. To travel outside the Canyons Village, check out the High Valley Transit app for complimentary rides.
PAYMENTS: We collect 50% of the reservation total 48 hours after the booking is made and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days before your check-in date.
