- This property offers portable A/C units, ceiling fans, and plug-in fans
- Community access for all guests and family members is available for an additional fee of $35/adult and $15/children 12-17 (kids under 12 are free). There is also a $150 transfer fee; however, the owner will cover this fee for stays of 3 nights and longer. This must be paid in advance to the Guest Contact, who will then transfer the access to your name for the duration of your stay
