The Islands K3 is a lovely spacious townhouse in Mauna Lani Resort. A rarely available town home at the Islands within the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort. The owners stay here for much of the year, so it is not always available. The gardens in front of the lanai are lush and vast affording you privacy and quiet. The entryway has a private courtyard. The living room is sun-filled and features high-end furniture, smart TVs, and multiple lanais for outdoor entertaining. The community borders a golf course and is minutes away from the private beach club. The kitchen has all cooking appliances and a spacious dining area. The town home accommodates 4 guests with two bedrooms which have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and private lanais. The couch in the living room opens up to a Queen bed and there is chair in one of the bedrooms that opens up to a single bed. Amenities include space for one-car in the garage, air conditioning, beach equipment, and access to resort facilities. Enjoy the serene island environment, private garden oasis, and close proximity to shops and restaurants. Features: private beach club access, en-suite bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, coffee makers, outdoor grill, laundry facilities, beach chairs and cooler, 3 bikes, high-speed internet and cable TV’s. Beach equipment including beach chairs, toys, snorkels, umbrellas, and beach towels are all provided. There also are 3 bikes for cruising around Mauna Lani area in the garage for your use. This townhouse is equipped with starting supplies such as, paper products, shampoo and body wash. Mauna Lani Resort, one of the Premier Resorts on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island offers two 5-star anchor hotels, 2 golf courses, Private Beach Club, Fitness and Spa and The Shops at Mauna Lani which includes many dining options. Discover additional amenities such as a Foodland Farms Gourmet Grocery store, and many miles of walking paths throughout the resort area. Cancellation Policy: Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus credit card processing and reservation fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable. Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total rental amount minus credit card processing and reservation fees, credited to the original credit card on file.
