This highly desirable upper floor, corner unit is in one of only three buildings at top-rated Hali’i Kai resort that are directly on the oceanfront. This top level corner unit is located near the Ke Kailani grotto, avoiding some of the noise and activity from the exciting Ocean Club pavilion.

With two king bedrooms and two bathrooms perfectly set up for two couples or a family, and on opposite sides of the condo for a little separation; you have the ideal gathering space in the central part of the unit, with the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room all feeding out to the large lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time.
Your gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware needed to prepare your own in-house meals. The spacious lanai includes a wet bar, electric grill and dining table.
Other features of this tropical villa include brand new furniture and TV (2020), a full-size washer and dryer and of course, air conditioning throughout to keep you cool. Enjoy free WiFi throughout your condo.
Both bedrooms feature king sized beds with new linens and TV’s for your convenience.
The massive Master Bathroom comes with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, separate toilet closet and dual vanities. The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combination and dual vanities. We also provide a queen sized air mattress to accommodate additional guests.
Hali’i Kai Resort is a private, gated resort community that has unbeatable amenities. The oceanfront amenity center includes a multi-tiered lagoon style salt water pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, a fully equipped fitness center that overlooks the ocean, grills and dining area for your use, and the Ocean Club. The private Ocean Club is a poolside restaurant and bar where you can enjoy a happy hour, a gourmet meal, or sip on a Mai Tai while you watch the whales in season. Tennis courts and basketball court are located a short walk away.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort contains two world-class golf courses, two exceptional shopping centers (Queen’s Shops and King’s Shops) with luxury movie cinema and nightly entertainment most evenings, a selection of superb dining choices, and Anaeho’omalu Beach, the gorgeous white-sand beach with Lava Lava Beach Club. All this just a short walk from your tropical resort villa in Hali’i Kai.
The Hali’i Kai Resort requires a resort fee of $25/night per unit that will need to be paid at check in. The fee allows guests access to the Ocean Club, amenities, and parking pass. The Halii Kai front office is open every day from 10am – 6pm.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Full refund minus credit card fees if cancelled more than 60 days before check-in. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.
Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Full refund minus credit card fees if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
