Our neighborhood blends classic Cape character with modern convenience. We’re right next to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, which leads for miles in either direction. The Indian Lands Conservation Area is on the other side of the CCRT, with paths through evergreen groves along the Bass River. Bring a picnic to watch the sunset from picnic tables overlooking the water. South Dennis is full of quiet, tree-lined streets and boasts a central location between the bay and the sound. Come stay for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for vacationers and year-round visits. You’ll have the whole home to yourself! Please note we do not provide propane for the BBQ grill or wood for the fire pit, but there may be some leftover from a previous guest. If not, propane is readily available from Breakaway (one block away) or Ace Hardware. The fireplaces are not usable.
