Cozy single family house with 3-bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, media room, open concept living room and a study.
5 minute drive to supermarket and 10 mins drive to shopping complex and NASA Space Center. 20-30 minute drive to Moody Garden, Kemah and Galveston, which are kid friendly famous tourism attractions in Southeast Houston.
Corner lot near community tennis court and trailhead. Enjoy it for free!!!

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom and the second full bathroom is in the hallway between the other two bedrooms.

**Cleaning Supplies are underneath the sink and in the toilet**
-Feel free to cook if you desire. Please clean up after yourself and your guests. Be extremely careful using the stove.
-Do not move anything from the wall.
-Trash is taken care of every Tuesday and Friday by city, plus recycle on Wednesday, use the trash bin without the lid for recycle. All you need to do is pull the trash bin by the sidewalk at the end of our drive way.
-There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property that I monitor remotely and review after each stay to insure safety & number of guests

Very quite neighborhood, mature community with plenty of green area, golf course of Magnolia Creek is nearby.
Tennis courts and kids playground is just opposite to my house and a trail is start from there too.
1 hour from IAH and 20 mins from Hobby airport.
2-3 parking spot along the drive way but no access to the garage.
CVS is 5 mins walk and three major supermarkets are 5-10 mins drive.
24 hours fitness club, YMCA and Baybrook shopping complex y are all within 10 mins drive.
