Right in the centre of Funchal, right next to the Farmers Market, this fantastic apartment offers you all the convenience.
Set in a building that housed an old Madeira Embroidery Factory, this property is divided into six independent fractions, each named after well-known Madeira Embroidery stitching.
With a modern and functional architecture, these studios have small notes that take you back to the past and make you know a little about the embroidery of the island. With a bedroom with double bed, one bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has the capacity to accommodate two people.
For those who like to enjoy a good time of relaxation, you can enjoy the pleasant communal terrace, available on the rooftop of the building, which has a kitchen, so you can cook your meals.
On the same terrace there is a common laundry room to the building.
