This accommodation has a comfortable living room with two sofa beds, cable TV, space with dining table and natural lighting. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom with bath and the other with two single beds. In the common area there is also a social bathroom equipped with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dining area, laundry and storage area. The access to the balcony is through the living room. In this outdoor space, you can enjoy a good coffee while enjoying the city landscape. This accommodation has a maximum capacity for 6 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas. AREA This property located in Rua 5 de Outubro, Edifício 5 d’ Outubro Residence, is next to the main accesses connecting the highway, which connects the east, west and north of the island, as well as the streets that give access to the downtown. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the Lavradores Market and the Old Town of Funchal. From here, you may explore on foot the several touristic points of Madeira’s capital (Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Sé Catedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...). In addition to these facilities, the accommodation is close to the "La Vie" shopping centre and offers a number of essential services, such as: several shops; cafés; hairdressers; pharmacies; restaurants; and a medium-sized supermarket. You can also find information on cultural activities, radical activities and nature-related activities in the centre of Funchal, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
