Duplex apartment, rustic style, located on the 1st floor of a building situated in a quiet area. On the entrance floor you will find a large living room with cable TV and a dining area available. The balcony on this floor has a dining table and a view of the gardens and the tennis court. There is also a guest WC on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find a bathroom equipped with bathtub, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a single sofa bed and a balcony with two sun loungers available. Maximum capacity for 5 people. No elevator. WiFi available in all areas. Free parking outside the building. AREA This property is located in Água de Pena, in the municipality of Machico, just a few minutes from the airport. Near this property you will find some points of interest such as: restaurants with typical Madeiran gastronomy, a supermarket, the Sports Park of Água de Pena and the Madeira Indoor Kart track. You can find these and other local services or interests just a few minutes away from this property. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
