Recently renovated, this nice one-bedroom apartment, with a simple and modern style, is perfect for a holiday for two or four. The property has a bedroom with double bed and a large bathroom equipped with shower, in different divisions. The living room, the kitchen and the balcony are interconnected in an open space format with an articulated and functional atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped and shares the dining area with part of the living area, differentiating it from the living area. The sofa turns into a bed, so it is possible to add two more people to this property, for a maximum total of four guests. On the balcony, the space is inviting for a pleasant moment of leisure in the company of friends/family, a good coffee and/or a good wine. At the top of this calm and sunny building you will find a pool, shared by the condominium, where you can enjoy the good weather to go swimming, in the middle of the Funchal’s Lido tourist zone! Wi-Fi available in all areas. Property with private parking available. AREA The property is located on Estrada Monumental/Rua da Casa Branca, right next to the Monumental Lido Shopping Centre, 3 minutes walk from the cycle path and 5 minutes walk from the Lido Bathing Complex and Promenade. This is a privileged area as it is close to paddle tennis courts, gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 7 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 30 minutes if you choose to walk. In the city centre there are several tourist attraction and activities for all tastes (cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities). GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
