Flat in a very quiet residential area of Porto Santo, located on the 1st floor, with a maximum capacity to accommodate up to six people, perfect for a family holiday or with a small group of friends.
This accommodation offers two bedrooms with a balcony, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and access to a balcony, as well as two bathrooms, one social and the other complete with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped so guests can cook all their meals during their stay.

The apartment is located close to Bar Girassol and just a few minutes’ walk from Porto Santo’s magnificent beach. This proximity allows you to easily enjoy the sun and the sea, while the apartment provides a peaceful retreat after a day full of activities.
Porto Santo is a beautiful island located in the Madeira archipelago, Portugal. Known for its main tourist attraction, its 9km long golden sandy beach along the south coast and stunning landscapes, this paradise island attracts visitors in search of tranquillity, natural beauty and a relaxing atmosphere.
The crystal-clear water combined with the fine, soft sand provide the perfect environment for sunbathing and refreshing dips. In addition, the sand at Praia do Porto Santo is believed to have therapeutic properties, which attracts visitors in search of health and wellness treatments.
Another unmissable attraction is Pico do Castelo, the highest point on the island. Climbing to the top of this mountain offers an incredible panoramic view. You can see the beauty of the blue sea and the lush green vegetation that covers the island. Pico do Castelo is also home to historic ruins, remnants of a fortress built in the 17th century.
The town of Vila Baleira, the island’s capital, is also worth a visit. With its cobbled streets, colourful and charming houses, this historic town, dating back to 1418, offers a charming atmosphere. In the centre of Vila Baleira is the Casa-Museu Cristóvão Colombo, an old house that houses a museum dedicated to the famous navigator.
In addition to the attractions mentioned above, Porto Santo Island also offers opportunities to practise water activities such as diving, sailing and windsurfing. There are also a variety of restaurants serving delicious local cuisine.
The nearest airport is Porto Santo Airport, about 3 kilometres from the property by car.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
