House located in Câmara de Lobos, ideal for family holidays, with great outdoor areas and sea views. There are three bedrooms, a suite with a double bed, a single sofa bed, a balcony with sea views, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower; another bedroom with a double bed; and a third bedroom with two single beds and a balcony with a solarium area. There is also a shared bathroom equipped with a shower.
In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 7 people, the house offers a living room with modern décor, a fireplace for cooler evenings and access to a balcony. There is a guest toilet/laundry room to ensure convenience during your stay.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a centre island and a dining area. Outside, there is a barbecue area, a wood-burning stove, a table for al fresco dining, a hammock and sun loungers arranged in a garden area. A perfect area to relax and enjoy the pleasant climate, with magnificent sea/mountain views.
Access to the property is via a levada, located around 80 metres from the car park, providing a sense of seclusion and tranquillity.
AREA
The municipality of Câmara de Lobos is known for its economic activities, which are centred on fishing and agriculture. As well as being a land of fishermen and farmers, the municipality is one of the focal points of Madeira’s gastronomic tradition, where Espetada and Madeira wine are part of the region’s identity.
In addition to the traditional restaurants in the centre of the town, you’ll also find Cabo Girão, one of the largest in Europe. The Henriques&Henriques winery can also be visited in the centre of the municipality.
A medium-sized supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. In the centre of Câmara de Lobos or Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, you’ll find several restaurants, small shops and small commercial spaces.
Funchal is a 10-minute drive away and the airport is 30 minutes away.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
