Terrace Vila II is a pleasant ground floor house in Garajau, just a few minutes from the beach. The property has three bedrooms: one with a single bed and two with double beds, one of which has a private bathroom with shower and terrace access. There is another WC in the house with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open space format allows the living room and dining area to share the same space. Enjoy the good weather of the south side of Madeira Island on the terrace, which offers two distinct areas: one for dining and another for leisure. Maximum capacity: 5 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas. AREA The Garajau area is easily accessible, close to restaurants, shops, services, supermarkets, Cristo Rei (Christ the King - one of the most iconic monument) and the Garajau cable car, which allows access to the beach, an alternative to the pedestrian way. There is also a small trail for your morning walks, right next to the Cristo Rei monument. This property is a 10-minute drive from Funchal. If you choose to go to the Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city and find out more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, radical activities, nature-related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
