Built in one of the most developed areas of the city, the building is close to everything you need for a holiday. Exquisitely decorated and modern, it has two suites; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both suites are equipped with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. In the kitchen, you’ll find a pleasant, fully-equipped space with a pass-through to the dining area and a living room, equipped with everything you need, as well as a sofa bed. From the living room you have access to the balcony overlooking the gardens, the pool and the sea in the background. The position of the flat gives you greater peace of mind, as it is away from the main access routes. The flat also has a guest bathroom and separate laundry room. This building is equipped with a communal swimming pool and gym, where you can enjoy a good swim or keep fit while enjoying your holiday. The flat has a maximum capacity of 5 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas. Property with private car park. AREA The property is located on Estrada Monumental, near to the Monumental Lido Shopping Centre and Forum Madeira, 5 minutes walk from the Lido Bathing Complex and Promenade and 2 minutes walk from Padel Tennis courts. This is a privileged area as it is close to gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 7 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 30 minutes if you choose to walk. In the city centre there are several touristic attractions and activities to suit all tastes (cultural, radical, nature-related activities, for any purpose of your visit to Madeira Island). PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
