However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning. ★ What is the parking situation? ★ The property includes parking for up to 4 vehicles. If you need to bring an additional vehicle, please notify us in advance so we can register it with security. Street parking is prohibited and will result in a significant fine up to $750 per occurrence. Parking is only permitted in the garage or driveway. ★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★ Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM. ★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★ While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late. ★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★ Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. The property is very conveniently located for festival-goers. ★ Is there an additional Guest Fee? ★ To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and help us maintain the property, we apply an additional guest fee of $15 per person for groups that exceed the standard occupancy. Here’s how it works: • Each property has a standard occupancy of 1 guest per bedroom. • We allow one additional guest beyond that at no extra charge. • If your group exceeds that number, the $15 fee will apply per extra guest.
