It features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, an in-unit full size washer and dryer, new 65 inch smart TV in the Living room, new TV’s in the bedrooms all with Xfinity X1 HD programming, secured private WiFi and a garage for parking and storage. This condo is just steps from one of two large “Bayside” community pools, a well-equipped fitness center, sauna, gas grills and picnic tables. For guests who prefer a workout on the pickle ball or tennis courts, the community offers lighted hard surface courts near the front entrance. Guests can also stroll along beautiful shell lined walking paths that encircle the “Bayside” property. At the nearby fishing dock, guests frequently catch a variety of fish and observe a passing manatee or dolphin! Guest reservations include beach tags, giving you beach access to world renowned Siesta Key Beach, known for its expansive soft white sand. Beach chairs, pool and beach toys are provided for guests and are stored in the one car garage. The front office printer and computer are available to guests at no additional charge.
