Welcome to Beach Heron! Professionally managed by Property Manager. This delightful 2-bedroom, 1-bath single-level home is located just 3 miles from the world-famous Manasota Key Beach, where the adventures are boundless!
The location of this home is everything! Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south and explore Don Pedro Island, State Park!
This home has a large horseshoe driveway and an additional straight driveway for ample parking. The house is surrounded by gorgeous landscaping. Upon entering the home, you will find a light and airy atmosphere. The front foyer has a desk where you can set up your remote office! The spacious living room has a couch, an adjoining day chair, and a Smart TV. Adjacent, you will find the dining room with a fabulous wooden dining table to accommodate up to four. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops.
Down the hall, you will find the primary bedroom with a full-size bed and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. The bathroom has a large elegant vanity with a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a dresser and closet space.
There are two outdoor areas. There is a screened-in lanai by the front of the home with an outdoor patio set for four. The spacious backyard is perfect for entertaining families and loved ones. There are three Adirondack chairs in the backyard for additional seating.
